Every year, McGill University’s Career Planning Service (CaPS) partners with Canadian and international organizations to facilitate student recruitment through On-Campus Recruitment. Students in their final year of study are interviewed and recruited for full-time employment; while those who are not in their final year are interviewed and recruited for internships. We can take charge of your recruitment campaign on the McGill campus by advertising your career opportunities on our website, arranging your company presentations, collecting CVs, and providing interview rooms for you and your selected candidates.
Recruitment is year round, but typically September and January are the most popular months. Please remember to consider students' exam schedules and break times when making your plans. For more information on student calendars, visit Important Dates for Students.

We offer employers the use of rooms on campus for interviewing McGill students at no charge. To request an interview room you will be required to sign-in to our Integrated Career Services System. From the home page click on "Create New Schedule Request" to reserve an interview room.
