The only people allowed to request or view CCTV footage or Security Device Reports have been authorized by Security Services and their request must first be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Security Services.
If you have been the victim of a crime, you cannot have access to recorded images (as per the CCTV Protocol) or Security Device Reports (as per the Security Device Installation Protocol).
- The Criminal Investigator will automatically review CCTV footage and Security Device Reports (if any exists) and contact you if they need assistance.
Note that only incidents that have been reported to Security Services will have footage and reports reviewed. We do not review footage and reports for incidents involving lost items.
