Security Services does not take incident reports online or by email. This form is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for emergencies, urgent matters, or for filing reports. If this is an urgent matter call 514 398-3000 (Downtown) or 514 398-7777 (Macdonald).
All complaints involving Security Services (including contracted and McGill personnel) will be promptly addressed in a confidential, professional and respectful manner.
Complaints are reviewed by the Director (Security Services and Parking & Transportation).
The Director (Security and Parking & Transportation), or designate, will investigate and provide a written response or a call to the complainant with the findings of the investigation.
