To book room 908 in McIntyre, please note the following when submitting your request:
- If your event is scheduled to extend beyond 6:00p.m. weekdays or should your event be scheduled for the weekend, you will be required to hire a security guard at your own expense. You may hire a security guard by telephoning McGill Security at 398-4556.
- If you will be serving alcohol at your event, please ensure that the proper forms are completed at least 72 hours prior to the event.
- Please be advised that the room is to be left in proper order for subsequent users.
