The Bensadoun School of Retail Management recently wrapped up another successful edition of its Retail Executive Education Program.

This three-day program was delivered in collaboration with the McGill Executive Institute, and led by retail leaders Saibal Ray, Maxime Cohen, and Carl Boutet.

Key themes explored included:

  1. The Current Retail Landscape

    Carl Boutet explored the future of retail media and the “store of the future,” joined by guest speaker Stéphane Bernier from Ædifica.

  2. AI in Retail

    Prof. Maxime Cohen examined the transformational role of artificial intelligence in retail, alongside guest speaker Alexandre Corbasson from Intégral/Genia. Participants also toured the Alimentation Couche-Tard store/Retail Innovation Lab, witnessing retail technology in action.

  3. Omni-Channel & Supply Chain Excellence

    Prof. Saibal Ray guided attendees through building resilient omni-channel strategies and optimizing supply chain performance in today’s complex markets.
