Every year, sudents in Landscape Design FMTP 097 are required to put together a photo display on a theme. Each display consists of 3 photos. This year, students must photograph plants in one of the following themes: containers (pots, window boxes…); ground surfaces (walkways, paths…); vertical surfaces (fences, trellises…); seats (chairs, benches…).

We are pleased to announce a special seminar, titled "Handling Regionalisation at the Global Scale in Life Cycle Impact Assessment: Impact World+ Methodology." This seminar will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013, from 9h30 to 11h30, in the Macdonald-Stewart-building, room B-016. The guest lecturers for the seminar are core members of CIRAIG and team leaders for Impact World+, a globally regionalised life cycle impact assessment methodology.

Temple Grandin is a Professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University, an autistic activist, a bestselling author, the subject of an Oscar-winning movie, and a consultant to the livestock industry on animal behavior. In 2010 she was listed in Time Magazine as one of the World’s most influential people.
