The Faculties of Medicine and Management of McGill University are proud to introduce you to the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL), a learning opportunity for managers in health care organizations worldwide who wish to enhance their leadership and managerial skills while having a lasting impact in health care. It is radically different and designed to act as a catalyst in developing an integrated and sustainable approach to health, with specific impact on key issues in the participants' organizations and communities.

Designed and led by one of the top management thinkers of our time, Professor Henry Mintzberg, the goal of the IMHL is to transform the way healthcare is managed around the world today and expose key players in health to leading edge practices in management.
Leadership in the health field requires the ability to transform people, organizations, systems and their contexts. Consequently, the IMHL offers leaders the chance to explore the possibilities of transformation in different realms of management by focusing on five leadership “mindsets”: Broadening Perspectives (Reflective Mindset), Leading Organizations (Analytic Mindset), Navigating the System (Worldly Mindset), Leveraging Relationships (Collaborative Mindset), and Achieving Change (Catalytic Mindset).
