The counter is open Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm for the sale or renewal of permits as well as for inquiries made in person. The counter is closed Monday to Friday between 12pm-1pm. Please note the counter and office are closed on statutory holidays but are open on summer Fridays.
