- 68 one bedroom or studio apartments.
- Houses both upper year undergraduate and graduate students.
- All apartments have their own bathroom and kitchen.
- Most apartments furnished with: Bedrooms: single-sized bed or double size, desk and study chair, dresser, bookshelf, night table, and vertical blinds/curtains. Kitchen: stove and fridge, table and chairs.
- On site laundry.
- 10 month lease with possibility to renew the lease and to return to the same apartment each year. Only applicable to full time registered McGill students.

Shared Housing style
McGill's furnished Shared-Facilities offers students the privacy of their own bedroom along with the attraction of communal living, with large kitchens and common rooms where housemates gather to dine, watch TV or simply relax together. Ranging in capacity from 6 to 16 students, they are all located within a short walk of the main campus.
McGill Shared Facilities Houses offer all-female, all-male, and co-ed graduate accommodation. Details about each house can be found below. All student residences are designated non-smoking.

- Promoting the academic success of Indigenous Students, this residence can accommodate up to 10 students in single rooms.
- Allocations of the spaces are determined by the team at First Peoples House www.mcgill.ca/fph.
Cancellation penalties
Application for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full academic year. Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Québec law. Students who withdraw from McGill University Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible. See Cancellation Policies.
Rent
New for 2023! Rent includes the cost of laundry facilities
Lease is for a period of 10 months from September to June except for the dormitory style University Hall is 8 months (September to April). Possibility to renew the lease and to return to the same apartment each year. Only applicable to full time registered McGill students.
