Other Documents for Sharing with Third Parties

Students and alumni who require forms or other documents from McGill University to be issued to a third party, will need to access Minerva to submit their request and upload their document (as applicable).

Following submission of their request via Minerva, the forms/documents will be prepared and issued to students/alumni via MyCreds™. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address displaying under Step 2 of their Minerva order form and they will be required to access the MyCreds™ platform, create an account (upon initial access) and purchase share credits in order to view their duly completed form/letter/document and share it as required.

Note: To share documents with a third party via MyCreds™, students and alumni will need to pay $15.00 per share. This fee is paid via the MyCreds™ platform.

Students/alumni can expect to see ARUCCMYCREDSMESCERTIF as the merchant name appearing on your credit card statement.

To request a product:

1. Log into Minerva
2. Select the Student Menu
3. Select the Student Records Menu
4. Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore & MyCreds^TM) Menu
5. Review and select I agree to consent to the Notice for Sharing of Personal Information with MyCreds™
6. From the Select a Product Menu, select the desired product and follow the quick steps for submitting your order
