Please note that due to concerns that were raised over the noise generated by the construction taking place near the Leacock Building, the Senate meeting will be held in the auditorium of the Redpath Museum.
In the event that there is a need to accommodate additional spectators, Room 14 of the Leacock Building (which is located at the basement level) will serve as an overflow room with a livestream of the Senate meeting.
