Grounds for Appeal of a Decision for Re-Appointment
An academic staff member/librarian that is Tenure-Track and has received a final decision against re-appointment may appeal the decision.

Filing an Appeal
The Constitution of the University Appeals Committee that hears such grievances is a Senate-Nominated Committee.
