Self-Curriculum

 

 

The McGill Self-Curriculum highlights the essential interconnection between well‑being and career development. Inspired by the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) approach and reflective practice, this curriculum supports the development of a professional identity aligned with personal values. It encourages reflection on the harmonization between who we are and who we are becoming, fostering psychological flexibility and recognizing that there are many paths toward well-being and fulfillment in medicine.
