Access to Services: Our career planning services are exclusively available for students currently enrolled in the MDCM program. Please see Access to Services to see the availability of Office of Medical Learner Affairs services for all UGME students.
Maximum Number of Appointments: We aim to provide each student with at least three (3) career planning appointments per academic year.
Our Career Advisors follow a consistent approach and strive to support as many students as possible. To maximize access for all, three targeted periods have been identified for priority booking, based on the CaRMS preparation timeline:
- CV Review - April
- Personal Letter Review - May
- Interview Preparation - November
To support your preparation, we strongly encourage you to consult our resources on myCourses.
