Adult Services

We provide individual and group therapy for adults experiencing emotional difficulties. Our services are provided by PhD students in clinical psychology under the supervision of licensed psychologists.

Individual Psychotherapy

We provide short-term, evidence-based individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing psychological difficulties, such as:

  • Anxiety (e.g., panic attacks, excessive worrying, and social anxiety)
  • Depression
  • Panic attacks
  • Phobias
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Insomnia
  • Low self-esteem
  • Perfectionism

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide therapy to students who are completing a major or minor in Psychology at McGill University. This is to avoid potential conflicts of interest between therapists and clients.

Fee: $40 per session

Group Therapy

We provide a 12-week group therapy program for adults experiencing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, or challenges managing strong emotions. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), this group will help participants develop practical skills to better understand and manage emotions, cope with life’s challenges, and improve overall well-being.

Rather than focusing on a single type of difficulty, the group is designed for people facing a range of emotional concerns. Participants will learn and practice skills in a supportive group setting alongside others with similar experiences.

When: The group will be offered on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The first session is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7th.

Fee: $20 per session

Registration: To receive a free screening call for group psychotherapy, click on the button below, to complete the registration form. Please note that we are unable to provide an estimate of wait times for the screening call after registration.
