Brian is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Desautels Faculty of Management. He received his PhD in Org Studies and Economic Sociology from MIT and has an MS in Population and International Health from Harvard. His research fits in the Education, Skill Acquisition, and Labor axis of the centre and he uses population methods in his work. For example, in a recent project he developed a population dynamics model of network recruitment.
