Biography: Karine is an undergraduate student in the faculty of science at McGill, currently completing her degree in psychology. She first joined the Office of Science Education as an Event Assistant, and is now continuing as a Team Lead, where she is excited to further support the SciLearn program. As a psychology student, Karine admires the neuroscience backed research OSE uses to help undergraduate student learning and is inspired by it as she hopes to continue her studies and become a psychiatrist.

Outside of her academic life, Karine loves painting and reading, and can often be found visiting a local bookstore, museum, or trying out new cafés around campus.
