Dr. Mélanie Lavoie-Tremblay is an Associate Professor at the Ingram School of Nursing (ISoN). She is a researcher (régulier) at the Centre de recherche de l'Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal. She is also a researcher (associé) at the research Institute MUHC, and nurse scientist at the MUHC. Dr. Lavoie-Tremblay is conducting research on retention of new nurses and participatory intervention to improve organization of care and work for the personnel, patients and the organization.
