The MILAMOS Project is an ambitious and project which requires the input of academics, government officials, representatives of armed forces, and experts across disciplines and national boundaries. A testament to the global impact the Project and resultant manual will have, several institutions and organisations across the world have expressed support for the Project and the efforts of its Experts and Contributors.

Founding Institution
Centre for Research in Air and Space Law (CRASL)
Established in 1976, the McGill Centre for Research in Air and Space Law is the principal research and educational outreach arm of McGill’s Institute of Air & Space Law. Since its inception, the Centre has published a number of monographic studies, proceedings of symposia, reports and books, held a number of workshops, seminars and conferences in Montreal and various other international venues. The Centre’s annual publication, the Annals of Air and Space, is the world’s only bilingual journal devoted to air and space law and has in the past four decades collected a wealth scholarship on security concerns in outer space authored by eminent publicists and practitioners.
The quality and significance of the Centre’s teaching and research activities has gained international renown and recognition with, among others, the honour of receiving the prestigious Edward Warner Award from the United Nation's International Civil Aviation Organization as well as an endowment of the Erin J. C. Arsenault Trust intended to support research in the pursuit of peace and security in outer space through law, policy and global governance.
