(En anglais seulement) Over the past two years, the COVID experience has changed not only how we argue but also, sometimes, what we argue about. We will explore these issues through a look that the issues raised by access to virtual justice, the ways that COVID may have affected the exercise of certain rights and may even act as the catalyst for the creation of new causes of action.

Biography

Elisabeth Neelin practises civil and commercial litigation with Langlois Lawyers. She has experience in a wide range of matters involving commercial law, civil and professional liability as well as in regulatory litigation and investigations and class actions. With particular experience in product liability, manufacturer liability, regulatory health law, and the technology sector, she is also frequently called upon to assist her clients in managing their business-related risks.
