McGill University is transitioning from the Co-Curricular Record (CCR) in the myInvolvement platform to the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in the myFuture platform in Fall 2025. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information here.

August 1 is the last day to submit participation lists for activities that happened before July 1, 2025. Any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed.

Conflict Management

Through this highly interactive workshop, students will work across potential disputes to balance their positionality and needs with the potentially conflicting desires of others. Students will further learn about conflict management styles by reflecting both individually and with peers so they can better understand themselves and how they can collaborate more effectively with other people.
