ISS Rapid Advising

Need help?

  • In order to help you become familiar with the new system, we have prepared a short video* and user instructions* that you may review at your convenience. These contain more details about the myISS system, including details on how to access the system, how to submit an Request for Information (RFI), how to schedule an appointment once provided access to appointments by ISS, and how to upload your documents.
*You need to log in with Edge or clear your cache in Chrome to access these guides.

***Students who have  withdrawn (i.e  not registered) will not able to access the myISS student portal to schedule an appointment or upload documents. Students will have to request an appointment by submitting an RFI and will have to upload any supporting documents via the RFI***

Before meeting with an advisor, please:

  • Consult the ISS website pages that are relevant to your questions/concerns
  • Upload the relevant documentation into myISS portal (ex. Passport, CAQ, Study Permit, supporting documents etc.)

Do you have feedback about the myISS portal?

  • We would love to hear from you. Please fill in your comments on our feedback form.

Cancellation policy:

ISS is committed to providing all international students with exceptional service. If you need to cancel your appointment, please log into myISS portal least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hour prior to your appointment, you must call or submit a request through the myISS Request Form. When a student cancels or does not show up for the scheduled appointment, without giving 24-hours notice, they prevent another student from being seen.
