Title: Constructing Agency in the Face of Misalignment: A Path to Becoming
Objectives: In this presentation, I will review the findings of a study that employed interpretive description to explore medical students’ perceptions of their agency when facing experiences of misalignment. The goals of the presentations are to solicit input from IHSE members on: (1) how best to present the findings of our analysis; (2) which findings are most intriguing to focus on in the discussion; (3) future studies in this area.
