The IHSE’s governance structure reflects our commitment to collegiality, collaboration, and shared leadership. Through its Leadership Team and Executive Committee, members of the IHSE community contribute to shaping priorities, strengthening programs and initiatives, and supporting the Institute’s ongoing development. We also regularly consult with members of our broader community through our weekly IHSE Scholarship in Health Sciences Education Community Meetings, where members participate in dialogue, deliberation, and shared decision-making on matters that shape the life and direction of the Institute.
