Negotiation Update - AMUSE (Casual Employees)

Agreement in principle – AMUSE/PSAC non-academic casual employees

We are pleased to announce that following a year and half of collective agreement negotiations between the parties, McGill and AMUSE (AMUSE/PSAC) reached an agreement in principle on December 16, 2021.

The parties’ negotiation committees have agreed to recommend the contents of the agreement to their respective constituents and to keep the details of the agreement confidential until the Union has had an opportunity to share them with its members.

The Union’s executive will submit the terms of the proposed collective agreement to members for ratification in the month of January 2022. The date of the vote in a General Assembly will be communicated to membership by the Union.
