Getting to HBHL's Offices

Map of the McGill University campus with 1010 Sherbrooke St. W. appearing in red.

Healthy Brains, Healthy Lives is located on the 18th floor of 1010 Sherbrooke St. West (shown in red in the map above).

Please note that access to the office area (Suite 1800) is controlled by keycard; please ring the doorbell beside the main office entrance (directly to the left when exiting the elevator).

Main entrance

Access the lobby through the doors on the west side of Metcalfe St., beside the CIBC.

Entrance accessible to people using a wheelchair

Enter the pick-up/drop-off area shared with the Hotel Omni from the south side of Sherbrooke St.

The wheelchair-accessible entrance to 1010 Sherbrooke is located at the back of the pick-up/drop-off area, on the left-hand side (look for the address sign with an arrow pointing towards the sliding doors).

Proceed down the stairs/ramp, past the parking elevators, and turn right into the lobby to find the concierge desk.

Once in the lobby

The office elevators are located to the left of the concierge desk.

Use the bank of elevators on the right-hand side (service to floors 14-25) to get to the 18th floor.

Mobility subsidy

Are you interested in attending an HBHL event in person but have mobility restrictions that require the use of adaptive transport?

On a case-by-case basis, persons with disabilities who experience mobility restrictions may be eligible to receive a subsidy to cover the cost of adaptive transport to attend an HBHL event.

Service animals

Individuals wishing to bring a service dog to HBHL's offices may do so.

However, we ask that you kim.reeve [at] mcgill.ca (please contact Kim Reeve), HBHL's Project Manager, at least 48 hours in advance, so people with allergies who work in the office are provided ample notice.

Childcare subsidy

Are you interested in attending an HBHL event in person but have childcare responsibilities that would otherwise prevent you from doing so?

On a case-by-case basis, individuals who have an existing relationship with a daycare or other childcare provider may be eligible to receive a subsidy to cover childcare costs while they attend an HBHL event.
