Work-Integrated Learning Reflection Form
(For Faculty and Department Only - EEO Activities)

Experiential learning takes many forms. The best way to transform a Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) experience into lasting learning is through reflection. The WIL Reflection Form aims to provide students with an opportunity to reflect on their career skills development in relation to their Work Integrated learning opportunity, and is a requirement for EEO (Enriched Educational Opportunities) recognition on the Co-Curricular Record (CCR).

What WIL opportunities are eligible for McGill CCR recognition?

Approved opportunities:

  • Remote Learning Assistants (RLAs)
  • BLUE Fellowship

How can my students get recognized?

Faculty and staff members who provide CCR eligible WIL opportunities should direct their students to fill out the WIL Reflection Form to give their students CCR recognition.

I have a WIL opportunity – How can I get it approved?

If you are a faculty or staff member who offers an on-campus work, research opportunity, practicum, internship or other type of work-integrated learning opportunity that is not recognized on the academic transcript (i.e. not curricular), you can help your students get the learning/work experience recognized on their CCRs by contacting a CCR Program Administrator: myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca
