McGill Dobson Cup 2022 Winners

The McGill Dobson Bootcamp and Cup powered by National Bank is the University’s flagship startup competition where emerging entrepreneurs from our community compete for over $200,000 in prize money. Congratulations to the 2022 winners!

The 14th edition of the McGill Dobson Bootcamp and Cup program powered by National Bank was filled with ambition and innovation. Forty-one teams were initially selected to be a part of the highly competitive program in January.

This year's competition highlighted the importance of supporting and embracing diversity within innovation. From startups exploring mental and sexual health to education accessibility, the finalists brought their diverse perspectives and backgrounds to create ground-breaking solutions to today's issues. These remarkable entrepreneurs come from 8 McGill Faculties, seven countries, and 16 other universities.

The 116 founders participating this year were accompanied throughout the program by more than 47 top-caliber contributors who shared their knowledge and expertise through mentoring sessions, workshops, and judging panels.

The finals, which were held on March 28 and 29, saw the 24 teams competing for just over $200,000 in funding. Meet the winners across the 4 Tracks:
