playing WITH – playing OUT exhibition

Artistic collaborators Caroline Boileau and Natasha S. Reid invite visitors to engage with a series of objects and actions that encourage playful engagement with collaboration grounded in consent and with boundary development.

In creating these works, Caroline and Natasha were inspired by their participation in the Anti-Violence Project’s Understanding Consent-Based Culture workshop. Using participatory art practices, they hope to stimulate thinking and dialogue about consent and how art and art spaces can be used to address pressing societal issues and difficult knowledge.

This exhibition is at the arc.hive gallery from March 4 to March 12, 2023.

More information about this exhibition is available on the research project website, as well as in both the print and online versions of Preview magazine.
