Prospective Graduate Students

Nestled at the heart of downtown Montréal, on the slope of Mount Royal, the Department of Chemistry offers a fully renovated research environment for talented and motivated young researchers. A team of 40 professors are training over 175 students in the graduate program and 40 post doctoral researchers. 

The research carried out covers the whole spectrum of chemistry from organic chemistry methodology to the development of advanced materials and spectroscopy methodologies with world renowned experts in green chemistry, organic chemistry, synthetic chemistry, materials chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical biology and chemical physics.
