Resolving Metabolic Diseases: From Omega-3s to Synthetic Lipid Therapeutics

At the end of the presentation, the audience will:
1) To understand the induction and resolution of inflammation and their roles in metabolic diseases
2) Review the evidence for a role of omega-3 lipids in mitigating metabolic inflammation
3) To learn about the mechanisms and therapeutic potential of novel specialized pro-resolution mediators for metabolic diseases
