Budget carry forward balances for all applicable funds have been posted to May of Fiscal Year 24 (2023/24). This budget appears in account code 700421, 700422 or 700428 (depending on the Fund Type), and carries a document number starting with ‘CF’.

We are experiencing a technical issue with MMP. You can continue submitting your purchase requisitions; however, there may be delays in issuing POs to the supplier. We are working on resolving the issue.

Please note that due to the extended University year end period, the month of April will not be closing according to the usual month end schedule. April 2023 is scheduled to be closed on June 5th. This means that financial statements for April are still not available. An email notification will be sent when the financial statements are ready to be picked up in Minerva.
Until April is closed, please be mindful that May fund balances do not include the budget carry forwards.

May 1, 2023 is the first day of Fiscal Year 24 (May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024). For your reference, attached are the FY24 Month End Deadlines for submitting financial transactions in Banner (including Finance Accounts Receivable and Feed File submissions).

Dear Colleagues,
The overhead recovery fee currently being charged on actual revenues earned in non-1A unrestricted funds will remain at 7.5% in FY2024. This is unchanged from FY2023. The process for collecting and recording of this fee will continue to occur on a quarterly basis.
