This workshop is intended for students who have difficulty falling or staying asleep at night due to anxiety or low mood, and who face difficulty during the day as a result of poor sleep. Topics covered will include a guided discussion on the structure and function of sleep, sleep regulation, insomnia and its causes, and strategies to improve sleep quality.
Please take note that this is a 3 session workshop taking place on Oct. 26, Nov. 2 & Nov. 9. Please plan on attending all sessions
