McGill Collaborative for AI and Society

The McGill Collaborative for AI and Society (McCAIS) aims to understand the impact of AI on society and develop evidence-based best practices for its responsible use. A strategic initiative of CDSI, McCAIS advances this mission through four interconnected pillars: Thought Leadership, Research to Action, Experiential Learning, and Lifelong Learning. Its work spans technological, societal, and interdisciplinary dimensions of AI, including applications and implications in the arts, decision-making, health and oral health, law, and public policy.
