  • Self Development – by learning how clarity around your strengths and self-knowledge inform career decisions, so you can speak more confidently with employers.

  • Have ideas on how to reach out to people effectively.
  • Be aware of the impact of non-verbal communication.
  • Understand that most jobs are found through the hidden job market and that networking is a win-win situation.
