-
- How often will I be followed?
- Many patients are followed twice per year, depending on individual risk and the care plan.
-
- What should I bring to my appointment?
- Please bring your RAMQ card, your Jewish General Hospital card (if you have one), and any key reports you have (imaging, pathology, or genetic test results).
-
