Meet and Greet: All students accepted to the 2017 summer program will receive a Doodle poll for a meet and greet session in Late March.
Students are asked to bring a signed copy of the Medical form and Immunization form (see below) to this session.
Orientation date TBA: All students accepted to the 2017 summer program are expected to attend the Pre-Departure Orientation (usually in Leacock).
Typhoid vaccine: It is recommended in particular for travel to smaller cities, villages and rural areas outside usual tourist routes. Typhoid is spread via fecal oral route, so the same as hep A. It may be advisable to receive this vaccine along with the other ones already outlined in the immunization form.
We strongly suggest you discuss this with your health care professional.

Travel Registry Form
Once you have registered for AEBI 427 you will be asked to fill out the Travel Registry Form. Personal information, emergency contact, travel document, insurance information and immunizations must be provided.
To access and complete the form:
- Login to Minerva
- Click on the link for your travel activity to access the form
Make sure to have the following information in hand
1. Passport, and travel visa information (if required)
2. Travel insurance coverage and policy details
4. E-ticket and itinerary
You can complete the form in more than one sitting, saving your changes and coming back to it later.
To finalize and submit the form you will be asked to accept the terms of the Travel Guidelines.
Until you accept the terms and submit the form, the status of your form will remain incomplete and you will receive monthly email reminders asking you to complete it.
