You may submit an abstract to contribute to the poster sessions of the BIC Scientific Retreat taking place on December 10, 2018. The abstract submission deadline is November 19th, 2018. Abstracts will be reviewed by the program scientific committee. Authors will be notified by whether their submission will be accepted or not by December 3rd, 2018. Clinical and research fellows, residents, medical students, post-docs and graduate students may submit posters.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts should be limited to one page of text in pdf format and not to exceed 500 words, single spaced with a space between the title/author and the main text. Abstracts should be uploaded when registering to attend the symposium.
Presenting author's contact details should contain: email address, full postal address, telephone number, author details, full and first family name(s) and affiliation details (department/institution/hospital/city).

About the retreat
The 2018 BIC Retreat will held at Usine C on December 10th, 2018. This one-day event will not only give us the chance to get to know each other better, but will also provide a forum to learn more about the different research activity being conducted at the BIC. Furthermore, it will be an excellent sounding board for exchanging ideas and fostering collaborations with colleagues.
The scientific program will be followed by cocktails and the annual BIC Holiday Party.
