The Arts Internship Office is collaborating with the AUS for an exciting mentorship program called AIO Mentoring Initiative(AMI)! Students in the Faculty of Arts who have completed internships in the past will be guiding and mentoring students who want to apply for internships or secure funding for unpaid internships through the AIO office.
Once matched, there will be events and opportunities to meet each other. **Due to COVID 19 Guidelines, all events and networking will be done remotely. As a mentor, you are expected to schedule at least one meeting with your mentee(s), share your internship insights and be open to give advice.
At the end of the program, mentors will have received official extra-curricular recognition on My Involvement, practiced leadership and interpersonal skills through coaching, communication, and active listening, helped a new professional leverage unplanned events in their life and career.
