Undergraduate Course Assistants

ANAT 315 (13 positions), ANAT 316 (13 positions)
Fall 2018, Winter 2019

Description: Undergraduate Course Assistants (UCAs) for ANAT 315/316 will be required to provide laboratory cadaveric-demonstrations using skeletal and pre-dissected specimens (prosections). Students applying to the ANAT 315 UCA position will additionally be required to guide students through a lower-limb cadaveric dissection. UCAs will be expected to participate in laboratory set-up, clean-up and reinforcing the Anatomy Lab Code of Conduct. Depending on the number of applications received, a select number of applicants may be asked to participate in an informal interview process.

ANAT 214 UCA (12 positions),
Fall 2018

Description: 12 Undergraduate Course Assistants (UCAs) positions are required for ANAT 214 taking place next Fall semester (2018). Responsibilities are to provide laboratory cadaveric-demonstrations using pre-dissected specimens (prosections), other teaching models, medical images and 3D medical app; and to direct small teaching group during the laboratory sessions. UCAs will be expected to participate in laboratory set-up, clean-up and reinforcing the Anatomy Lab Code of Conduct. UCA will be involved in the laboratory exam set-up and marking. Depending on the number of applications received, a select number of applicants may be asked to participate in an informal interview process.
