Resolved: Several IT services unavailable

The situation has been resolved and all IT systems are back up and running.

Several IT services are currently unavailable, including Minerva/Banner,myMcGill, uPrint, VPN, Knowledge Base, Lync Phones and others. We are investigating the issue and will post updates on the IT Services website (www.mcgill.ca/it) as soon as we have additional details.
