We're accepting applications for McGill's 2025/26 Undergraduate Student Usability Panel. Panel members will participate in activities to share feedback about their experiences using McGill's websites and services.
The expected time commitment will be 6-8 hours per semester. Participants will receive a $200 honorarium plus additional perks in exchange for their contributions. Read the full details, including how to apply, below.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of McGill Web Services Student Usability Panel.
- Share insights on your experiences using websites and web services by participating in scheduled research exercises, for example surveys and workshops.
- Some exercises will focus on new and revamped websites and services.
- Most panel meetings can be attended either in person or online (depending on what works best for you).

Qualifications
Required
- McGill undergraduate students (first-year, U0 or U1)
- An interest in sharing your experiences
Preferred
- A passion for participating in discussion/sharing feedback to improve experiences for others

6-8 hours per semester (Fall and Winter semesters)
