Within the city, there is an extensive public transportation network. The McGill Faculty of Law is located closest to Peel Metro Station, on the green line. Montréal also hosts a large network of rental bikes (standard and electric), with 900 stations across the city—including steps away from the McGill campus.

The Montréal Musée des beaux arts (MMBA) is currently featuring a topical exhibit by acclaimed painter and member of ocêkwi sîpiy (Fisher River Cree Nation) Kent Monkman. Monkman's work reinterprets classic symbols in settler Canadian art, to deliver compelling reflections on our colonial past and present.
