Operations Management


Overview

Operations Management keeps the business wheels turning, spanning all areas of business from production to distribution. A concentration in Operations Management at McGill will allow you to learn how to design, plan, control, coordinate and improve business processes, systems and resources integral to the creation of products and services. 

Emphasizing quantitative analysis and cross-functional thinking, the Operations Management Concentration will train you on traditional and emerging operations strategies, concepts, models and techniques that are essential to any firm in today’s competitive marketplace.  

With a focus on analytical thinking, Operations Management will teach you to problem solve using quantitative tools. Courses focus on supply chain analysis, logistics management, quality management, supplier management, sustainability, and more.
