The times for the first sessions are:
7:30-11:30 PDT / 10:30-14:30 EDT / 11:30-15:30 ADT / 16:30-20:30 CET / 21:30-01:30 CST.
These will all be recorded and made available on the ACTOR website. To fit everything in, this will be a longer session (4 hours) with a 20-min break, starting a half hour earlier and ending a half hour later.

After some discussion with colleagues, and taking Zoom fatigue into account, each 3-hour session will be divided into two parts with a 20-minute break in the middle. One idea for this break is to have people randomly assigned to breakout rooms for informal chat, an option easily implemented in Zoom.
