Dr. Chang is Associate Vice President for Regional Surgery Strategy and Professor of Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He also holds the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Chair and is Adjunct Professor of Health Services Research.
