McGill Summer Academy  cancellation policy (2026)

Upon registration to McGill Summer Academy (MSA), students are committing to attend and actively participate in all courses and activities.    

Extenuating circumstances

In the case of extenuating circumstances, should the student no longer be able to attend MSA, it is the responsibility of the student/parent/legal guardian to  contact MSA  and inform us of this change as soon as possible. The cancellation deadline for MSA 2026 is May 24, 2026, with a refund of the first installment payment only ($3,000 CAD). The confirmation deposit and second installment payment are non-refundable once paid.

After the cancellation deadline, we cannot grant refunds for any reason. We strongly recommend applying for a travel visa (if necessary) as early as possible to ensure you receive it on time.
