New Residence Hall is connected to an underground mall, where students can access two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a movie theatre and several restaurants (without having to brave the Montreal winter). The residence is a short walk away from campus and is situated in the heart of the Milton-Parc Community.
Students will also enjoy close proximity to McGill's athletics facilities and Montreal's lively downtown area.

- The building houses 757 students in single and double occupancy rooms.
- Large dining hall in the building
- Modern Dormitory-style housing with private bathrooms, tv lounges, study rooms and a large lobby with a piano.
- Rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, lamps, drapery, tv and a small fridge. Please note: Double rooms have Double beds and single rooms have Queen size beds.
- Spacious lobby leading to the outdoor patio.
- On-site laundry facilities. The use of washers and dryers in the residence buildings are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Lobby
The lobby underwent a complete redesign with new furniture and sleek glass panels. The outdated fireplace was removed and a large-screen TV, pool table, foosball table and flexible seating was added. This space can be everything from quiet study to group hangouts, making it a welcoming student community space. The public bathrooms on the ground floor were also fully renovated, bringing them up to modern standards.
Arcade Room
A new vibrant arcade room has just opened up at NRH. Students can enjoy this amenity from 7 AM to 11 PM daily, and it is located just across from the dining hall. Inside are TVs, pinball machines, basketball shootouts, skeeball, and a variety of board games. Nintendo Switch consoles and games are also available from the front desk, for use in the arcade.
Terrace
Previously unused, the outdoor terrace was revitalized with new landscaping, lighting and picnic tables-perfect for studying outdoors or gathering with friends.
"Le Parc" Gym
The gym replaced what was once an on-site cafe. Now you can find mirrored glass walls, fitness flooring, and a full suite of workout equipment to create a fresh and functional fitness center for students. Developed in partnership with McGill Athletics, the gym also includes a membership to B2 McGill gym on Pine Avenue.
