Reports & Statistics

Financial Reports

All Student Societies may obtain their financial reports through Minerva. Monthly reports are delivered on Minerva as per your society's Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which states that the University is obligated to provide you with statements.

Student Accounts needs to know who is entrusted with accessing these financial reports. An email is sent at the beginning of the year (July or August) describing the requirements for access and how to apply for authorization.

Statistics & Membership Lists

Statistics are customized depending on the society.

Membership Lists are provided on Minerva in accordance with your MOA.

Customized Excel templates are provided along with a PowerPoint presentation to lead you through generating your own statistics from the membership lists.

Fee Reports

Other reports can be produced upon request but may be subject to a fee.

Some societies, particularly with health & dental plans, will have complex programming in place, including schedules for sharing data between the insurance company and the society.

Societies may require Student Accounts to prepare a letter of fees assessed over the course of a year for its auditors.
