Nursing Professionalism Ceremony - October 1, 2026
The Nursing Professionalism Ceremony is an important event marking our students' entry into the Ingram School of Nursing and pledging their commitment the nursing profession. Together, all students and faculty will reaffirm this commitment by reciting an oath, written by and for McGill nursing students. Highlights of the ceremony also include inspiring guest speakers, the symbolic pinning of nametags which must be worn during clinical rotations, and group photos that capture this special occasion. Two separate ceremonies will be hosted - the first for master's students in the morning, the second for undergraduate and entry-to-practice students in the afternoon.
